I do not use in when IC as that breaks the "immersion" for other players and myself, It would also be considered FailRP which is against the rules.[/color] [color=#8e44ad]What would you do when a fellow staff member abuses his rank?: [/color][color=#f39c12]I would talk to that member about what he is doing. Even if the staff member stops what he/she is doing I would take it up to a higher ranking staff member so the issue is know and they know that they might need to keep an extra eye on that person.[/color] [color=#8e44ad]Why should we pick you for Staff?: [/color][color=#f39c12]I feel like I am a good addition to the staff team due to my previous experience, I feel like I can add some postivity to the team aswell.
